Refund policy
1. All Sales Are Final
To maintain our below-market pricing, all sales are final. Titan Collectibles does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or "market cooling" on specific cards or sets. Cards in sealed packaging may vary.
2. Shipping Damage & Order Accuracy
I personally pack and ship every order to ensure your items are exactly as described. However, I understand that the shipping process can be rough.
Eligibility: Issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking info.
Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos of the unopened product packaging if the damage is to a sealed box, or clear photos of the item itself if an error was made on my part.
3. How to Report an Issue
Please email titancollectiblestn@gmail.com with your Order Number and the required photos. Do not return items to the shipping address on the label without prior authorization, as that location is not equipped to process returns.
4. Order Cancellations
Because I strive to get your collectibles into the mail as quickly as possible, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please double-check your cart before checking out.
